A recent forum post on Dropzone.com has revealed details for another indoor skydiving location coming to the east coast. iFLY King of Prussia will service the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. The tunnel will be located at 300 Goddard Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA. This location is within the Upper Merion Township.
As of 2/26/2015, the board of supervisors for the township approved the plans for a 5,929 SF facility. The location will be constructed in what is now a parking lot in the existing Overlook at King of Prussia Shopping Center.
The proposed plans show a footprint similar to the newest iFLY tunnel plan recently constructed in Houston. From this we can assume that the tunnel will be a 14 foot diameter, recirculating model.
